In order to support healthy cervical mucous production we must
consider herbs that supply essential fatty acids, especially omega-6.
Herbs that are demulcent and bitter are supportive of mucous membrane
function. We must also be sure to stay hydrated! Herbs that increase
circulation to the genitals may also be helpful.
